“ Occasionally in life, there are those moments of unutterable fulfillment that cannot be completely explained by those symbols called words. Their meanings can only be articulated by the inaudible language of the heart. "
― Martin Luther King Jr.
As a kid, swinging at the park was one of my favorite activities. The feeling of freedom and joy it brought was incomparable, whether I was alone or with friends. I used to swing faster and faster, sometimes even closing my eyes, and feel like I was flying. I would laugh and scream so loud that it echoed throughout the park. These memories have stayed with me over the years, and I often find myself reminiscing about those carefree days of my childhood. Now, 40 years later, I'm back at the same park with my 8-year-old son, watching him experience the same joy and freedom I felt at his age. Seeing him laugh and scream as he swings higher and higher is heartwarming. And when I join him on the swing, I still feel that same sense of happiness and freedom that I did all those years ago. Life can be challenging and unpredictable, but moments like these remind us to appreciate the simple things and enjoy the present. We should take the time to swing through life and cherish the moments that bring us joy and happiness.
